If you are coming from STANTHORPE CBD, travel north along High St to the showgrounds. Enter the showgrounds by turning left into GATE 1 at HIGH STREET. Travel down the road on the southern boundary of the showgrounds (adjacent to the caravan park). Parking staff will direct you to your park.
When you have been directed to your park, you may exit your vehicle and make your way to the ENTRY POINT to the festival near the tea pavilion. At the ENTRY POINT you will move to the PAY POINT where you will display your pre-paid ticket and have it scanned by gate staff. Once successfully scanned, you can enter the festival.
Tickets will be sold at the gates but payment is by EFTPOS only. There is no cash payment at the gates.
At the ENTRY POINT, gate staff may search bags, check id, ask questions, validate status (e.g. volunteer), etc. Please comply with all directions our gate staff provide.
Please also remember, no dogs. If you bring your dog you will be asked to remove them from the showgrounds. Verified assistance dogs excepted
CAR PARKS
Car parks will open from 8.00am for parking but festival gates won’t open until 9.00am. This is because we will still have vehicles moving around the festival site until that time and in order to provide a safe festival site, we can’t allow public access until we have no vehicle movement.
DISABLED PARKING
If you are able to display a DISABLED PERMIT on the windscreen of your vehicle, you may enter via GATE 1 at HIGH STREET and parking staff will direct you to the disabled parking area.
